How to Submit a Listing Correction
The fastest way to report incorrect, outdated, or missing hospital contact information is directly through the relevant listing page. Corrections submitted this way are automatically tagged to the specific record and routed to the responsible editor.

Find the hospital listing: Use the Search Hospital Directory to locate the specific facility by name, city, or postcode.

Open the hospital detail page: Click the hospital name to view its full verified contact details page.

Use the Correction Request form: Scroll to the bottom of the listing page and complete the Correction Request form. Provide your name, a contact email, and a precise description of the data that needs updating (e.g. incorrect phone number, wrong address, outdated website URL).

Editorial review: Our team cross-references your submission against official registry sources. Confirmed corrections are applied and the listing audit timestamp is refreshed. We aim to process all corrections within 5 working days.
